Mark Goehring

General Manager

Mark’s experience in industrial automation and his special talent of VISION led him to start Tyrion. He enjoys “the daily complexities of running a business and the challenge of how [his] decisions can have an impact on lives.” He strives to “provide an exceptional work experience for [the] employees,” and likes to keep what Steve Jobs had to say in mind: “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”

While Mark does enjoy camping, his favorite place to be is home. He strives to “be the best husband, father, and grandpa that [he] can be.” His favorite family tradition is “family prayer before family meal,” his favorite meal being New York steak, four-cheese rice, salad, and French bread.

Oh, and did we mention that he can also play the drums?!

David Pitzer, PE

Director of Engineering

David’s unique combination of talents has prepared him for what he enjoys most about his job as Tyrion’s Director of Engineering: “Being on the frontlines of new technology and innovation.” With a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a B.A. in Tuba Performance, both from the University of the Pacific, David aspires, “to always be a forward-thinking individual and to help promote innovation.”

David recognizes that balance is key, sharing that he “never [wants] to get so consumed with [his] own goals that [he’s] unavailable to help others meet their goals.” He also remembers Psalm 127:1, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.”

David’s hobbies include strategy games, playing music, and developing his coffee palette. He enjoys time with family, usually revolving around delicious foods. And he is often spotted mixing and solving the Rubik’s Cube.

Alexander Lubchansky

Business Development Manager

Alex’s B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University was the foundation to which he has built his skills in problem solving through creative solutions. As Tyrion’s Business Development Manager, he most enjoys creating value for both our clients and our company. “When I can identify an opportunity to solve a challenge for my clients while also expanding my company, I feel the most satisfied.”

Alex enjoys a variety of hobbies, such as fixing anything broken, wine & spirits collecting, cooking, traveling and investing. He definitely prefers combining his hobbies with family time stating, “Creating family traditions is my favorite tradition.” In fact, his favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Passover because “both have loads of traditions built in.”

He may be a bit competitive, too, as he likes to quote Ricky Bobby saying, “If you ain’t first, you’re last.” Not to mention that he made nearly $100 betting people at his cousin’s wedding that he could tie a cherry stem in a knot…he was five.

Brock Goehring

Operations Manager

Brock’s expertise in managing Tyrion’s day to day operations means that our clients will always have their expectations greatly exceeded. Brock also manages our Midland, TX office and enjoys the variety his job brings. “[I like] the never ending change [and how] Tyrion is always providing simple solutions to difficult problems.”

Brock quotes Babe Ruth, saying, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” With that in mind, Brock strives to be the best he can be for his family and aims to inspire them to do their best.

Brock enjoys camping in Pismo and San Diego, fishing, sports, and activities with his family. His favorite family tradition is his “family dinner prayer.” And his favorite food is Mexican food, especially his wife’s homemade enchiladas.

Zack Goehring

Shop Manager

Zack creates a positive and energetic atmosphere as Tyrion’s Shop Manager. He enjoys “coming together as a team to get jobs complete and providing a service in many different industries.” There is no job too big for his can-do spirit!

Zack has a number of hobbies, such as hunting, fishing, and camping in Pismo. He also enjoys music, and quotes Merle Haggard as saying, “Faith is the only way we’re going to make it. None of us are smart enough to do it on our own.”

Zack strives to be the best husband and father he can be as he builds on his favorite family traditions around Christmas and Thanksgiving. His favorite foods are ribeye steak and crab legs, but nothing tops his wife’s cheesy ranch bread.
